Hey Toy,
you did a good job! I just made a few small corrections above so congratulate you :). This a fairly acceptable piece of work from a beginner, but If I were you, I will rewrite them into following sentences:

I am Japanese who is currently learning English at very early stage. I like to have someone to practice English. In return I will help you with Japanese. I will do my best and prefer people who are nice and never tease me about my poor English.
