There's a picture of a man driving a forklift fully loaded with some big square shape stocks on the forklift's folks.

You can see the picture here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VsAJLFik66Aw6yiL-AYFYV3hNaI7792o/view?usp=sharing (google drive link)

The test book says the correct answer is (D).
But I want to know why (C) cannot be a correct answer to avoid when I go to the actual test will not choose the wrong answer.

(A) Some boxes are being stacked by workers.
(B) A man is carrying some boxes up the stairs.
(C) Some boxes are being loaded on to a forklift.
(D) A man is operating some heavy machinery.

Corrected No problem
Hi ! I can't see the picture but from your description I guess that the boxes are already on the forklift.
Answer C (and A) is using the be+ing form of the verb, so the action should currently take place. In answer C the boxes can't be already stacked on the forklift !
